How to Order Your Custom Rug

Ready to create your perfect rug? Here's our simple 4-step process:

  1. Design Consultation: Contact us via email or Instagram/Facebook with your size and design preferences
  2. Custom Quote & Deposit: We'll provide a personalized quote and request a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin (80% deposit required if the rug is very personalized such as using a name) 
  3. Expert Craftsmanship: Our skilled artisans hand-tuft your rug with premium materials (2-4 weeks)
  4. Final Payment & Delivery:  Once the rug is complete, we will email you pictures of the rug and send the final invoice. Pay the remaining balance and we'll carefully ship your masterpiece

Step 2 - Final Payment (50% or 20%): Due upon completion, includes shipping costs

Q: Do you ship internationally?
