How to Order Your Custom Rug

Ready to create your perfect rug? Here's our simple 4-step process:

Design Consultation: Contact us with your size, shape, color, and design preferences
Custom Quote & Deposit: We'll provide a personalized quote and request a non-refundable 75% deposit to begin
Expert Craftsmanship: Our skilled artisans hand-tuft your rug with premium materials (2-4 weeks)
Final Payment & Delivery: Pay the remaining 25% balance and we'll carefully ship your masterpiece

Pricing & Payment Process

How Payment Works:

Step 1 - Deposit (75%) — Non-Refundable: Once your design is finalized, we will send you an invoice to submit your deposit. The deposit is 75% of your total rug cost. This deposit secures your spot in our production queue and covers materials. Please note: all deposits are non-refundable.

Step 2 - Final Payment (25%): Due upon completion of your rug. Once we send you the photo of your finished rug, you have 5 days (including weekends) to submit the remaining 25% balance. Includes shipping costs.

Final Product & Remaining Balance Policy

⚠️ Important: Once we send you a photo of your completed rug, you have 5 days (including weekends) to submit your remaining 25% balance. If payment is not received within 5 days of the photo being sent, you forfeit the rug and your deposit. No exceptions.

Please ensure your payment method is ready and that you are monitoring your messages/email during the final stages of production.

A: No. All deposits are non-refundable. Once your deposit is received, production materials are ordered and your spot in the queue is secured.

A: As of right now we only ship to the US.
