How to Order Your Custom Rug

Ready to create your perfect rug? Here's our simple 4-step process:

  1. Design Consultation: Contact us with your size, shape, color, and design preferences
  2. Custom Quote & Deposit: We'll provide a personalized quote and request a 50% deposit (80% if the rug is very personalized such as with a name) to begin
  3. Expert Craftsmanship: Our skilled artisans hand-tuft your rug with premium materials (2-4 weeks)
  4. Final Payment & Delivery: Pay the remaining balance and we'll carefully ship your masterpiece

Pricing & Payment Process

How Payment Works:

Step 1 - Deposit (50% or 80%): Once your design is finalized, we will send you an invoice to submit your deposit. The deposit is 50% of your total rug cost OR 80% of total rug cost if there are special customizations such as a personalized name. This deposit secures your spot in our production queue and covers materials. 

Step 2 - Final Payment (50% 0r 20%): Due upon completion of your rug, includes shipping costs.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: As of right now we only ship to the US.
