We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. However, please review the following return and refund terms carefully:

Return Policy

  • You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a return.

  • To request a return, please email us at antz0823@a4products.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded under any circumstances.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages.

  • Shipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Eligible Items for Return:

  • ✅ Funko Pop figures in original packaging
  • ✅ Action figures and collectibles in unopened condition
  • ✅ Backpacks in original packaging
  • ✅ Barbie dolls in unopened packaging
  • ✅ Other collectibles in original condition

Non-Returnable Items:

  • ❌ Custom rugs (made-to-order items)
  • ❌ Items damaged by customer
  • ❌ Items without original packaging
  • ❌ Pre-order items (unless defective)

Refund Policy

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.

  • Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.

  • A refund will only be issued if the item passes inspection and meets all return conditions.

Refund Methods:

  • Original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

Refund Amounts:

  • Full refund: Item cost minus original shipping (unless item was defective)
  • Return shipping: Customer responsibility. 

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Email antz0823@a4products.com within 30 days
  2. Include: Order number, item name, and reason for return
  3. Get approval: We'll provide return instructions and address
  4. Ship item: Package securely and ship to provided address
  5. Receive refund: Processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Custom Rugs Policy

Customized rugs are non-refundable and cannot be returned under any circumstances. All rug sales are final.

Deposits for custom rugs are also non-refundable, including:

  • 50% deposit for standard custom rug designs

  • 80% deposit for personalized rugs (e.g., with names, initials, or custom artwork)

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items can be cancelled before shipping. Once shipped, standard return policy applies.
